Scalloped Pineapple

  • 4 cups soft bread, cubed (approx. 10 slices)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick soft margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained.

Moisten bread with milk. Stir in all other ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
