- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Tomato sauce homemade or store-bought (Neva used 1 large can Prego)
Mince all vegetables. Cook meat in a large pan, then add vegetables. Add sauce and simmer.
